Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in unworn and unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and an update once your refund or exchange is processed.
